Strength With A Twist Yoga For Athletes & Spinal Health
Deborah Stanton, Personal Trainer, Wellness coach, & founder of MovingRoom Coaching, will lead you through a series of mindful strength exercises that will focus on form, intention, & control.
Angie Bauer, Yoga Instructor, Fitness enthusiast, & Biologist will teach an all-levels Yoga Class, comprised of poses designed for athletes, to enhance flexibility & build strength in key areas.
Dr Shenoa Rondeau, Chiropractor & owner of Brentwood Chiropractic, will share about spinal health for active adults & share educational information for practical application.
