• When purchasing a package of Personal Training Sessions, Coaching Sessions, Planning Sessions, or a Presentation for your business or personal development, these are nonrefundable services.
• Packages of 8 expire 2 months after purchase, packages of 12 expire 3 months after purchase, packages of 16 expire 4 months after purchase, packages of 24 expire 5 months after purchase. All clients are made aware of this in the process of signing up, and sign written agreements. This helps us all be accountable and consistent. There are obvious exceptions. You and your coach will have your own agreement. Communication is key. Your adherence to your program will directly affect your success. We want to help you be your best self. Showing up on a regular basis is part of that.
• Packages are non-transferable to another person or business. 
• 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment scheduled. You forfeit that session when you cancel within this window. Packages of Personal Training, in particular are sold at a discounted rate when you buy multiples.  
• Payment is due in full before the first session for any program at MovingRoom Coaching LLC.
• Rates are raised at MovingRoom Coaching periodically to adjust to the cost of living, expenses, and changing economy demands. This is standard practice. 
• We practice very strict cleaning practices, and strive to create an extremely safe and welcoming environment for our clients.
